We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. In the event you are not, returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by the original packaging. Amelia Perry is not responsible for returned items prior to our receipt of the return shipment. Worn items will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Bespoke items are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and will be credited to original purchaser’s credit card. You will receive a full refund, minus the original shipping charge. Please allow 10 days for your account to reflect the credit.
Please note, the online return policy does not apply for in store events.
Bespoke Commissions
We consider custom pieces and special orders on a case by case basis and do not guarantee we will accept your project. In the event we do accept your custom order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the initiation of the project. The remaining balance is due upon the receipt of the item. An 8-10 week or longer production time can be expected for custom orders. Custom items and special orders are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping
Amelia Perry Jewelry ships from our studio in Houston, TX. Please note: all APJ orders are shipped fully insured with a signature required to ensure safe delivery into your hands!
